Almond Cocoa Brown Sugar & whatever you taste
Brazilian Arabica is from the city of Patrocinio. The city is located in the famous Cerrado region, one of the three main coffee producing areas in Brazil. The region is characterized by hot, humid summers and pleasant, warm winters. The combination of a favorable climate with rich volcanic soil creates all the conditions for growing sweet and balanced beans.
The quality of the cup belongs to the specialty class and has a NY 2 specification, which means that 300 g of the lot contains no more than 4 coffee beans with a complete defect. The Cerrado region is known for its flat plains, average height of growth from 800 to 1100 meters above sea level, and also for the fact that the soils here are enriched with organic fertilizers.

How to Brew
Our recommendation would be to use the V60 for our SNATCH.
The recipe we use is:
18 gr coffee – 300 ml – 96° C
4 pours (60 gr bloom for 45 seconds, then three 80 gr pours every 30 seconds)
Brew time: 3:30
If you prefer, you can instead use an AeroPress, a French press, or a filter coffee machine.
Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions, or ask our barista in our CODOS cafés!
