Strawberry Cherry Dark Chocolate & whatever you taste
Background
On the Finca El Edén, an ecosystem of more than 35 different tree and bird species, only the ripest cherries were hand-picked and sorted for this coffee. In tanks, the fruits ferment through the addition of CO2 – carbonic maceration. To achieve the perfect degree of humidity, the coffee cherries are then dried on raised beds for 6 days.
