Luberli Tocto, the owner of Finca El Roble, grows ancient coffee varieties that have almost been forgotten. The coffee from the finca is recognized worldwide as one of the best specialty coffees, for its taste, aroma and performance in the cup. The Churupampa region is mainly dedicated to the cultivation of coffee and its harvest.
