Starting our own CODOS ROASTERY early this year, we can now control every step of the roasting process ourselves. It is our top priority to keep all steps transparent, on a high level of quality and to carry them out conscientiously and thoroughly.

When it comes to our very first filter coffee, we choose and purchase our raw coffee through Meet Los Amigos, who source and trade specialty coffee from Guatemala. As for our espresso house blend BANDIT, we use a Fazenda Monte Belo Arabica from Brazil and a Kaapi Royal Robusta from India. All beans are roasted on our Loring roaster, packed in an aluminuim- free, 100% recyclable packaging, sent and sold by us.
