Since we opened our doors 2014 in Hamburg, we have been brewing and building an incredible loyal community and a coffee culture we are really proud of. Our mission is to convey an enjoyable lifestyle and a special feeling within our coffeeshops and beyond.

Out of love for good coffee and quality the Codos idea „Loyal to quality“ was born many years ago and brought to life with a small Brewbar in Hamburg-Sternschanze in 2014. We have made it our priority to put a smile on the face of each of our guests with an individual coffee experience!
OUR ROASTERY.
After years of experimenting and developing a deep knowledge of coffee through our shops and more importantly – listening to the needs and preferences of our guests – it became natural for us to start our own roastery. We aim to develop roasting profiles, that taste good. We want every cup to be the perfect one for you.
